OpenPlans offers hosting, support, customization, and integration for OTP deployments and the OpenGeo Suite of open source geospatial software. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

For specific technical questions on OpenTripPlanner deployments that do not yet have a support agreement with OpenPlans, please ping the OpenTripPlanner mailing list which is monitored by the OpenTripPlanner developers. Responses are generally sent within one business day, depending on the complexity of the question.
